We do not bill insurance companies, however we can provide a statement for reimbursement.

Cancelations & No Shows

We understand that unexpected events may come up. To be fair to all, including other clients who may wish to book and are waiting, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Cancellations under 24 hours may be charged the scheduled service price.
